Expand it! was born in 2021 thanks to the collaboration of several young entrepreneurs who met during their university studies in leadership, entrepreneurship and innovation under the tutelage of Mondragon.

Over time, we have cultivated various skills and carried out outstanding projects, covering areas such as marketing and communication, design thinking, process automation, lean management and, especially, the internationalization of companies.

We have a solid team of more than 20 professionals, each specialized in a specific sector, including the most relevant ones such as personal care, technology, food, among others.

Although we are a young company, we stand out for our varied skills and aptitudes that define an agile team, quick in learning and obtaining results.

METHODOLOGY

Our methodology involves IMMERSION in the target country, CONNECTING with its culture and key people to facilitate the entry of Spanish companies into international markets. We conduct specialized study tours to offer global expansion opportunities, focusing on understanding each market in depth, identifying opportunities and obstacles, and creating strategies to maximize success in international expansion.
